Weightlifting Classes at SoCal Weightlifting

If you are looking to get started in weightlifting or increase your technical foundation in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, we have two options for you to either onboard into our weightlifting training, or just learn the lifts with our coaches!

Option 1: 5 Personal Training Sessions

Choosing to do one on ones give both you and your coach more flexibility when it comes to scheduling and the structure of the sessions. Each day will be dedicated to learning the specifics of the Snatch or Clean & Jerk. These are carefully designed, in-depth sessions that are geared towards your technical mastery of the lift. You will leave every day feeling more confident in the lifts and by the end of the sessions you will be ready to tackle the program in front of you!

Package Price: $500 + $100 for Session with Dr. Quinn (see below)

Option 2: 6 Semi-Private Sessions

Working with two weightlifting coaches, a small group of athletes will progress through the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, training twice per week. These classes are kept to a 2:1 or 3:1 athlete to coach ratio in order to ensure that you are still learning the detail required for the lifts.

Schedule: Tues/Thurs 6:30pm

Package Price: $300 + $100 for Session with Dr. Quinn (see below)

November 6 - November 22
December 4 - December 20
January 3 - January 22

If you are looking to train with us as an athlete after either the PT’s or the Semi-Private sessions, the final step is to set up your assessment with our Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Quinn Henoch. Dr. Quinn is the final step, yet very essential part of the on boarding process. He will put you through a movement assessment which allows us to design a weightlifting program specific to how your body moves. We work closely with Quinn to determine the specific needs of our athletes and ensure your body stays as healthy as possible.
