We use TrainHeroic to deliver our online programs, so as long as you have a smart phone and $20-$30 in your pocket, you can get quality programming!

WEIGHTLIFTING SPECIFIC PROGRAMS

 

beginner program

Ideal for beginner athletes who have never touched a barbell before, or who have never learned the Olympic Lifts and want to get into Weightlifting.
3 sessions per week
Approximately 60-90 minute sessions
Athletes do not peak

Ideal for male athletes trying to qualify for AO series or other comparable meets
4 sessions per week
Approximately 90 minute sessions
Athletes peak 3 times per year

Women’s team program

Ideal for female athletes trying to qualify for AO series or other comparable meets
4 sessions per week
Approximately 90 minute sessions

Men’s competitive team program

Ideal for high performing male athletes who are qualifying for AO Finals, Nationals, or other top level competitions
5-6 sessions per week
Approximately 90-120 minute sessions
Athletes peak 2 times per year

OTHER PROGRAMS

back strength program

This is an add-on program for athletes who have weak backs and need to increase their back strength. Once you complete the 8 weeks, check your % and see if your back strength is where it should be. If you are still under value, do another cycle.
4 sessions per week for 8 weeks
Approximately 15-30 minute sessions
One-time purchase of $25

 

leg strength program

This is an add-on volume program for athletes who have weak legs and need to increase their leg strength. Once you complete the 8 weeks, check your % and see if your leg strength is where it should be. If you are still under value, do another cycle.
4 sessions per week for 8 weeks

Focused on high rep, barbell and dumbbell movements that will get your heart rate up, intended to be a high-calorie-burning strength session.
