STEP 2: ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATION - A 30 minute session with a certified Weightlifting coach to see if SoCal Weightlifting is the best fit for you.

STEP 3: COMPLETE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS - If necessary, we will teach you the foundations of the lifts so you feel technically strong and have a comfortable grasp of the movements as you move into a membership.
