STEP 1: FILL OUT THE FORM - Let us know you’re interested by filling out the form. We will reach out within a few hours, if not quicker than that.

STEP 2: QUICK CALL OR TEXT TO LEARN ABOUT YOU AND ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS - We want to learn about you and ensure this is the right fit for what you’re looking for.

STEP 3: COME IN FOR A CONSULTATION AND/OR ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS - If necessary, we will teach you the foundations of the lifts so you feel technically strong and have a comfortable grasp of the movements as you move into a membership.

STEP 4: CHOOSE THE MEMBERSHIP FOR YOU - Train in the sport of Weightlifting with the best coaches and community in SoCal!

Once You’ve Filled out the form

I’ll respond with your preferred method of communication and ask you a few questions about your past training experience (it’s ok if you have none!) and see if we are a good fit for you. I will also tell you more about our programs, pricing, and answer any questions you have. I’m looking forward to speaking with you!

SoCal Weightlifting Locations

Due to the fire in our Costa Mesa location, we are currently training athletes out of the following facilities:

Left Coast CrossFit in Laguna Niguel
Coaching hours 4-7pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Rep Max Performance in Orange
Coaching hours 5:30-8pm Tues, Thurs + 12-2 Saturday
