Join us for a 2-hour Jerk Seminar designed for those who want to refine their jerk mechanics and increase consistency under heavier loads.
This seminar will break down the jerk from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on biomechanics, timing, and force transfer. Athletes will work through:
Dip & drive mechanics: posture, balance, and force direction
Bar–body interaction through the drive and transition
Split jerk vs. power jerk considerations and when to use each
Footwork, receiving positions, and recovery efficiency
Common technical faults and targeted corrections
Accessory and drill progressions to reinforce long-term improvement
The session will combine technical instruction, live demonstrations, individualized coaching cues, and practical application so athletes leave with both immediate corrections and clear takeaways for future training.
This seminar is open to the public.
