This will be a 90 minute hands-on seminar reviewing and teaching proper breathing and bracing for weightlifting. If you feel like your weightlifting gains are limited by re-occuring back pain, this seminar is for you! We will also be covering how to maximize your power through your pull/deadlift in the clean and snatch. Lastly, we will teach you a practical approach of modifying exercises for your specific needs. So come ready to move! Everyone of all ages and levels are welcome to join.
